Update - Currently our mitigation has restored performance of our datacenter to normal levels.

However some functionality is still impacted by the underlying issue. Currently it is not possible to create new chats. All existing chats should work. This also impacts campaigns and surveys which may fail to send.

We expect this issue to be resolved in the next couple of hours once our configuration changes are fully applied to the database.
