Google is reporting the issue is now resolved. We did not see any further disruption after our manual intervention restored system operation. The product is back to normal operations.

Monitoring
We have identified and resolved the issue causing the service disruption. The root cause was our upstream provider for CH datacenter (GCP) adding an invalid rule to our load balancer. This is also impacting multiple other GCP customers.
